I was so impressed with this clinic. My cat "Orange Guy" had a traumatic experience at a groomer which lead to going to my regular vet. My regular vet suggested that I have my cat examined and watched overnight for observation at the emergency clinic. They kept me up to date on my cat's progress and even sent me a video showing his improvement!! I was very pleased with how responsive and caring they were. The price was very reasonable and I would go back in a second if necessary. Highly recommend.

My fur baby, Loretta was diagnosed with a heart murmur recently at her routine veterinary visit. I was referred to VECC for cardiology care & an echocardiogram. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors and staff were so kind and gentle (I was really anxious so this helped A LOT). After the echo the doctor took the time to explain pretty much everything to me. I had a lot of questions going into the appointment and without even having to ask them, he answered all my questions! I think this is a great facility with an even better staff and doctors! I highly recommend this to everyone! Also, my sister went here as well with one of her dogs a few months ago for an emergency visit and they single handily saved his life! Thank you VECC for your services!!

With 2 dogs and 2 cats I have visited several times from skunk encounters to the most recent time when my dog was unable to stand up. Everyone is caring and go the extra mile to ensure they send you home relieved and informed to provide good follow up care. Having a 24/7 facility that is staffed with friendly and professional folks is a great comfort.

Last fall my cat ate a bunch of string/thread somehow and needed emergency surgery. VECC was very nice and thoroughly explained the issue to me so I understood what she needed. They did everything they could to ensure that it was as minimally traumatic for my cat as possible. Today she's happy and healthy and I am critically careful of loose threads and strings in all things. It's certainly good to have them there in an emergency when the local vet can't get her in.

Worst experience. Don't care that my dog is sick they just want their money. Receptionist is highly unprofessional.
