I have to also add that we were nervous leaving the diamond we were using for the band with any store (it is an heirloom diamond). He assured us it was in good hands and took the time to show us the uniqueness of the stone so we knew we were getting ours back. That meant a lot.

We just moved here from out of state and normally I hate going to zales because the zales where I used to live was awful but I had to go in due to a diamond falling out of my ring and everyone there was super friendly and very helpful. Definitely the best zales I have ever been too!
We went to a handful of stores before stopping here. We were helped by Wayne. He was very helpful, listened to what we had in mind for a ring & did what he could to make sure we received it when we wanted. We were hoping to have it for Christmas Eve, which because we were kinda last minute he said may not happen. Guess what?? It did! My boyfriend made the sweetest surprise for our engagement.
