Went after work in our dirty work clothes they didnt judge or treat us any differently. Great staff!
Lynn was very helpful in the Men's Clothing dept. My husband needed a new suit for my Mother's memorial service. We found a really nice suit that was on sale. She helped us pick out a shirt and tie that matched perfectly.
I went in with a friend to help him buy perfume for his mother. One of the sales women asked if we needed help and I asked if they would be willing to price match amazon, walmart, or target. We were told "I won't price match that" and to "just buy it there". The woman walked away and went back to talking to the two other older workers in the department and we kept browsing. I went back over to ask if there were any other stores that they would price match and one of the older ladies told me "why dont you just buy it there". At this point I tried to explain I would rather spend my money at a local store to try and support them than to buy it from an online retailer but I got more bad attitude from the three of them and we left. Im not sure if the three of them just dont care about their jobs, or if their conversation was just that important that they had to treat someone trying to spend money at their store with disrespect, but I will never go back there again.
It's no wonder many of thees stores are closing. Prices are outrageous. They have nice clothes and a good fragrance department so they get a star for that.
I'd like to thank the person who helped me at the Clinique Counter. I believe her name was Miranda. Very nice and polite, she helped me with my purchases & I loved the make-up she put on me. She gave me some really great advise on how to save money with my purchases. I will be looking for her (Miranda?) When I go back to make more purchases. She really helped me out and taught me some great make-up tips. Really made my day and made me feel awesome.
