Way too many people on the sales floor while the line is backing up with only one employee on the register. Not a one time occurrence either. Store is sometimes cluttered but the customer service is nice
Pleasantly surprised to find larger women's sizes mixed in with regular sizes. I saw clothes up to size 30-32. Nicely made and we'll priced. I opened a charge account and got s 15°/. Coupon, plus $15 off. Then I left with a 10°/. Off for future use coupon with a $30 off $75. I bought three pairs of pants, one was .97 cents before! The 15°/. Off, a beautiful olive green dungaree jacket and a fabulous long sleeve collared shirt. Total:$48! I'll definitely be back.
Post script: The Burlington, Ma. Store is poorly run and managed. The wait time in the lines is a real problem.
A nice and quiet store, all items organized well, plenty of sizes to choose. And oh yes, some good sections of clearance products as well!
Sometimes it can be quite a mess in this store... mainly just the clearance sections. The newer clothing has good displays... The staff consists normally of high school girls or young college girls who aren't always the most helpful. Depending on the time you go you could wait in line to use the fitting room for quite a while... if you have patience, determination and can messy clothing racks you should be fine here. Not the worst Old Navy shopping experience I've had!
Post script: I recently went to the Old Navy outlet store in Wrentham, Ma. The store was immaculate. The employees were very helpful and professional. Some prices were varied at different stores. They didn't have a clearance rack, which I enjoy. I was helped by at least five different employees while I was there. Very well run and managed.
