I love Barnes and Noble! Nice little coffee shop inside and many tables to sit down and look at books and magazines. You can take the books to the table and they actually want you to leave them there so they can put them back in the right place! I love that part the best!
Awesome selection. Need to redesign if they are to survive. Overheard someone at customer service. Customer polite, answer from employee was a bit terse. There are always nicer ways to say things and offer alternative solutions if you can't assist a customer. Again...love browsing, but don't know how they can survive in techno age. Store needs updating and change of layout.
I just wish they had handicap accessible doors. It would help a lot for people with wheelchairs.
People who work there are helpful but they always seem outdated, especially on their tech books. Unfortunately online is the best way to go if you need the latest technical certification. They do have some interesting new authors though and it's always nice to go hold an actual book.
Very poor customer service if u go in better know where to look no one is around to ask for help if u do find someone they give u attitude
Looking for a book and the young lady went all over the store to find the last copy. She was very helpful and Jenna generous with her time.
